New Izannah Walker Reproduction Doll Kits by The Little Hamptons

I have been working on putting together some kits for the smaller Izannah Walker reproductions for the last few weeks and can now offer them for sale.
The kit consists of a 29 page for Eliza and Patience or 30 page for Hannah  PDF file for the instructions, pattern  for body, underwear, second skin as well as helpful pictures, and an unpainted shoulder head. There are 3 doll making kits to choose from. One kit for Patience makes a 15" doll and the other 2 are for 16" dolls.

They are made from a reduced in size mold taken from three antique Izannah Walker dolls.

Body pattern is based on original Izannah Walker doll body, and the clothing designed by me, Lynda Hampton.

You will need to purchase your own fabric, stuffing and paint etc.

The reproduction heads show all the detail of the original Izannahs  including  wear and tear of the original and even the finest detail such as the texture of the stockinette fabric. Truly amazing.

Jemima, Izannah Walker reproduction doll by The Little Hamptons

SOLD Jemima

My latest Izannah Walker reproduction girl has the sweetest little face. She is one of my reproduction Izannah dolls, made using the mold taken from an original antique Izannah Walker doll. She has the look of the original with a nice aged appearance. These reproductions show all the detail of the original Izannahs  including the scuffs, the general wear and tear of the originals and even the finest detail such as the texture of the stockinette fabric.
Jemima is so demure. Dressed in her pretty dress and apron that I have made from antique fabrics of the 1800's, she is about 19 1/2" tall. Her petticoat is made from reclaimed antique slip, complete with original pin tucks and lace edging and her chemise and bloomers from antique white fabric and lace. You can see the lace peeking out at the neckline of her dress.

Her clothing has button closures apart from the apron which is tied at the back. Her dress has the same spotty fabric trim as her sweet apron. There are many more pictures below. If you have any questions you can email me via the contact form on the right of this page.

My journey continues using the molds taken from original Izannah Walker Dolls

I am fortunate to have acquired the molds, of three different antique Izannah Walker dolls, from the very talented artist Kathy Patterson of  "Babes From The Woods".  Although Kathy will no longer be reproducing the Izannah dolls, she will continue to make her amazing  reproduction English Queen Anne wooden dolls and offer them for sale.  www.babesfromthewoods.com

For the past couple of years I have been making and successfully selling my Izannah Walker inspired dolls. They have found homes with collectors around the world.

I am delighted that I now have the opportunity to create and pass on to the collector exact copies, capturing every detail of the old but still charming dolls.  These reproductions show every detail of the original antiques, including the scuffs, the general wear and tear of the originals and even the finest detail such as the texture of the stockinette fabric.

Please visit my site often, as I will be showcasing  and offering for sale, my latest reproduction Izannah Walker girls.

Milly is 16" tall. She comes wearing her chemise, petticoat, underwear, dress and a stunning bonnet with ribbon trim. All of her clothing is made from antique cotton fabrics. I just love this blue 19th century material that I used for her dress. It suits her so well.
